Fire risk assessments

Suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments for hotels, guest houses, holiday parks, caravan and lodge sites, inns and retail premises. Sleeping risk is treated properly. Reports follow a PAS 79 structure and are written so the responsible person can actually act on them.

Legionella risk assessments and written schemes of control for hotels, parks and leisure facilities. Special attention to hot tubs, spa pools and systems that sit unused between bookings — the classic risk on seasonal sites.
